Scaling out RDS in Windows Azure

I’ve been working on a Proof Of Concept recently to use Windows Azure to be able to automatically and dynamically scale a RDS environment (specifically the RD Session Host Servers) up and down as needed.

    This fails in an ARM environment due to the get-azuredeployment cmdlet. I can't seem to find an equivalent command for an ARM rollout. Just wanted to see if you had any thoughts on how I could make it work?
